My own take on the diz… this is a new design, that I have started making, because of what I think could be a more ergonomic design!

This listing is a 4 piece diz set is made of solid wood, and includes, 1/16″, 3/32″, 1/8″, and 3/16″, opening for the fiber to be pulled through. These are hand sanded to a smooth finish. I use a smidgen of beeswax and even less of some mineral oil, to allow the true beauty of the wood to show it’s ‘real color’.

I have incorporated a funnel design on the intake side, to help convince the fiber that it would like to pull through easily. I think, that the best part about my new design, is that it is more comfortable to hold for longer periods of time, due to the continuing integrated handle system. If you like to hold on to the diz with control… this set is for you!

Each set is custom made in the order that I receive orders. This set doesn’t include a threader.

Additional note: the ‘assorted’ or ‘surprise me’ options, might include other species of woods not listed, or shown, as available as full sets.

I make threaders, separately, in case you don’t already have one, (Doesn’t have to be my brand, or style,) my ‘make your own set’ will allow you to choose how many diz, and you can choose a threader in the set if you like. If this listing isn’t so clear, it’s probably that I am sometimes like that… LOL..
